I AM Brenda Carmona, a Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering compassionate, quality care to every client. I earned my nursing degree from Wake Technical Institute in 2018 and am currently completing my BSN At Fayetteville State University. Raised in Garner NC, I have always had a heart for healthcare and a strong commitment to supporting families in their most important moments. With years of clinical experience and a personal passion for helping others, I bring both professionalism and empathy to the care we provide.

Our registered nurses provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and monitoring of vital signs.

Our physical therapists provide rehabilitation services to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength.

Our occupational therapists help patients recover from injury or illness by teaching them how to perform daily activities and tasks.

Our caregivers assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and companionship.

At Duchini, we prioritize the needs and preferences of our clients. We work closely with our clients and their families to develop care plans that are tailored to meet their unique needs and goals.
